How should I care for my alpaca garments?
To preserve the quality of your alpaca clothing, we recommend hand washing in cool water with a mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Avoid wringing or hanging the garment, as this can cause stretching.
Where do you ship from and what are the costs?
We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in the United States. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $150, while international rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
